Washable White Sheepskin 413H

Wool is an amazing insulator, making our sheepskins an essential home accessory as rugs, blankets, or throws.

Our hides are harvested from animals raised on our farm at the same time they are harvested for meat. Keeping hides out of the waste stream (where they would end up in a landfill) fulfills our "nose to tail" ethos by honoring the animal through use of all its parts. Our hides are prepared for tanning at the farm and then mailed to the tannery for tanning, trimming and washing. 

Each sheepskin is unique to the breed, age of sheep and the tanning process. 

Buck's County Fur Products uses a traditional tanning method resulting in a washable sheepskin meant to last you a lifetime. Best used on your side of the bed, where your feet land when you get up!​

This white, washable sheepskin is just about perfect! It has fluffy, crimpy wool with warm buttery highlights.  It measures 31"W x 40"L. Leather side has a supple, suede finish.
